The word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and forms allow you to create documents that can be kept private or shared with others. It allows collaboration with the person sitting next to you or the person across the globe.
When I teach a unit on searching to 7th & 8th Graders, I want to have an idea of what the students already know about search engines. This simple survey allows me to see where to start when teaching this unit.
The 21st Century Skills addressed are Information Literacy, ICT Literacy, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, and Productivity and Accountability.
